Payment methods.

Pre-payment is required for all women’s health, ultrasound, and Sneak Peek test visits.

Payment plans are created for comprehensive home birth, hospital birth, and postpartum packages. A $500 non-refundable deposit is due at the 12 week first prenatal visit, then 50% is due at 22 weeks, and the remaining 50% is due at 32 weeks.

We are not in-network with any commercial insurance plans, however, most insurance plans do cover Certified Nurse Midwives under out of network benefits. Call your insurance company to find out if you are eligible for a reimbursement after the birth and what your coverage is, if you are unsure. We can help you submit a claim to your insurance after you give birth.

    * We will provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance company after your birth that you can file with them for a reimbursement according to your out of network coverage and benefits.

  • Christian Healthcare Ministries, Medishare, Liberty Healthshare and Samaritan Ministries all cover home birth services.

  • FSA/HSA funds can be utilized for any services provided by Genesis Midwifery. Use your FSA/HSA debit card when purchasing services or paying invoices.
